The motto «From garden to plate» is increasingly becoming a lived reality at the Sorell Hotel Zürichberg. In partnership with Grün Stadt Zürich and «SlowGrow GmbH», the agricultural area in front of the hotel will be cultivated in a new way from 2024 at the latest. As much as possible of the fruit, vegetables, berries and herbs planted in the publicly accessible garden should end up on the plates of the guests of the Zürichberg restaurant.
