At the Sorell Hotel, the citation of a “Breakfast fit for a King” does not just refer to the length of the buffet or all the different types of breakfast cereals on offer. Because real kings are not concerned with quantity, but rather with quality, class and attention to detail. And this is where the Sorell Hotels set the benchmarks. Much of the food is made by hand in the hotel’s own bakeries and kitchens. We source our dairy products, meat, eggs and tea from producers who share our standards in quality. So you can enjoy organic hay-milk cheese from the Aschwanden family from Seelisberg, hand tied farmer’s ham from Lenzburg, homemade jams and exclusively Swiss free-range eggs. Bon appetit!
