Authentic and regional
Swiss breakfast tradition is celebrated at Sorell hotels. We offer a wide range of high-quality, well-balanced and delicious breakfast foods. Our products are carefully and consciously selected. We opt for regional produce wherever possible. For example, our coffee comes from the Bernese family-run business Blaser, the Swiss cheese is from “Jumi” and the jam is made to our own recipe. However you like to spend your day, we make sure you’re properly fuelled.

Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 10:00 am
Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 am to 10:30 am
Relax in the café-bar lounge
The café-bar lounge is an inviting spot to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries either during your day or after you’ve packed in as many experiences as possible. The lounge serves high-quality coffee made with the barista machine, specially selected wines and drinks and home-made snacks.
