«I have a simple cuisine with everything coming from the forest, the fields, the farms and rivers and lakes», says Vreni Giger in her modest way. But her kitchen is not that simple, as she cooked on 17 points Gault Millau level for 20 years and has been awarded «Köchin des Jahres 2003». Since September 2016, Vreni Giger ist the new host of Sorell Hotel Rigiblick and is happy to welcome guests from near and far.
The Bistro puts forward a uncomplicated, delicious and always seasonal cuisine with products coming fresh from the market. Wether for lunch, before visiting the Rigiblick theatre or for a nice dinner with familiy und friends, Vreni Giger is happy to host you.
