How many rooms does the hotel have?

The Sorell Hotel Rigiblick has 7 suites. 2 of them have their private spa area directly in the room.

From what time can I check in and when do I have to check out by?

The rooms are available from 3:00 pm and you must check out by 12:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out times can be arranged on request, subject to availability and for an additional charge.

Does the hotel offer special rates for long-term guests?

Does the hotel have a luggage service?

Yes, we help you carry your luggage to your room.

At what times is the reception manned?

Our staff at the Bistro are at your disposal from 07.30 to 00.00. Nobody is on site at night. We can be reached by phone, using the phone in the room. Our Partner Sorell Hotel Seidenhof is at your disposal.

Does the hotel have on-site parking facilities?

The Sorell Hotel Rigiblick has a garage where guests can park for free.

Does the hotel provide disabled-friendly accommodation?

In the Sorell Hotel Rigiblick all rooms are with disabled access. Our staff at reception will be happy to provide you with further information.

Does the hotel provide special bedding / pillows for allergy sufferers?

Yes, we have special pillows for allergy sufferers. Please ask when you make your reservation or at reception when you arrive.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Yes, our four-legged friends are welcome. There is an extra charge of CHF 20.- per night, without food.

What are the rates for children?

Free cribs are available on request for children under the age of two. Children up to their 6th birthday can sleep in their parents’ bed free of charge. Children from 6 years up to their 12th birthday stay in an extra bed for an additional charge of CHF 50.- night. From 12 years the extra charge for an additional bed is CHF 70.- per night.

Does the hotel provide extra beds and cots? If so, at what price?

We offer both extra beds and cots. Cots are free of charge, the costs for an extra bed are CHF 50.- per night for children up to their 12th birthday. From 12 years the charge is CHF 70.- per night. Please state your requirements when making your reservation.

Is Wi-Fi available in the hotel?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel for our guests.

What dining options does the hotel offer?

The Sorell breakfast is not included in the room rate but can be booked additionally in the form of a breakfast basket. You can find more information here. The Bistro Rigiblick by Vreni Giger, which is located in the hotel, is also happy to welcome you for lunch, dinner, snacks and aperitifs.
