Will I receive a commission as an individual travel agency?
Yes, IATA travel agencies receive a standard commission of 10 % for their efforts and loyalty to Sorell Hotels. Room reservations can be guaranteed with a credit card or with a pre-payment. Without a guarantee, the reservation will be cancelled from 16.00 on the arrival date.
The Sorell Hotels process commission via TrustCom from service provider Trust International. Payments to the travel agencies are then provided through Onyx CenterSource, who is specialised in managing and monitoring commission payments from hotels to travel agencies.
Will I receive a special rate as a travel organiser?

What are the prices for children?
On request, a baby cot can be provided free of charge for children up to 2 years of age. Children up to their sixth birthday stay free of charge in their parents' bed. From the age of 6 to the 12th birthday, children stay in an extra bed for an additional charge of CHF 50 per night. From the age of 12, the surcharge for the extra bed is CHF 70 per night.
