Breakfast – Our Masterpiece

With a love for detail and a devotion to pleasure: each jam is made in house; the spelt bread is made to an old recipe. We developed the recipe for the Bircher muesli ourselves; the pasture milk for the cheese is supplied by 15 alpine farmers in central Switzerland. It's a wonderful start to the day!
