In homage to St. Gallen as an historic centre of the textile industry, the team of architects at IDA 14 by Karsten Schmidt has designed 32 rooms whose furnishings are stylish, individual and homely. The fabrics from Jakob Schlaepfer and Christian Fischbacher add a cosy note to the modern elements. Urban charm, innovative interior design and first-class service perfectly complement one another at this hotel. Every room features a rain shower in the bathroom. Exclusive Breakfast Included
It's no surprise many of our guests like to wake up early, as the Sorell breakfast is no ordinary breakfast: jams and breads, many self-made, cheese which comes straight from alpine farmers, the ham is a piece of traditional craft, the eggs come from Swiss free-range chickens. The newspaper is also ready - what a beautiful morning!
